Terms & Conditions
FinalSweep Custodial Services — Veteran-Owned · SDVOSB · A Division of NightLayer LLC
1. Service Agreement
- •FinalSweep Custodial Services (“Contractor”) agrees to provide janitorial and custodial services as outlined in the approved proposal or scope of work.
- •Services begin on the agreed-upon start date and continue until terminated by either party under the terms below.
2. Payment Terms
- •Invoices are issued monthly, in advance, on the 1st of each month.
- •Standard terms: Net 15.
- •Government contracts: Net 30.
- •Accepted payment methods: ACH, credit card, business check.
- •Returned payments incur a $35 NSF fee.
3. Late Payment Policy
- •A 5% late fee applies to any invoice not paid by the due date.
- •An additional 5% fee applies every 30 days the invoice remains unpaid.
- •Services may be paused if an invoice becomes 30 days past due.
- •Accounts over 60 days past due may be terminated or sent to collections.
4. Add-On Services
- •Add-ons such as carpet extraction, floor care, window cleaning, and disinfection are not included in the recurring monthly rate and are billed separately.
5. Supplies & Equipment
- •FinalSweep provides all cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
- •Specialty chemicals or client-requested products may incur additional charges.
6. Access Requirements
- •Client must provide safe and secure access to the facility, including keys, fobs, alarm codes, or security escort as required.
- •Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
7. Holiday & Closure Policy
- •If the facility is closed on a scheduled cleaning day, no credit is issued.
- •If FinalSweep misses a scheduled cleaning, we will reschedule or issue a credit.
- •Federal holidays do not reduce the monthly rate.
8. Quality Assurance
- •FinalSweep performs routine quality control inspections.
- •Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours for correction at no additional cost.
9. Liability & Insurance
- •FinalSweep maintains General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Janitorial Bond.
- •Contractor is not liable for pre-existing damage, improper flooring maintenance by previous vendors, or issues caused by building conditions.
10. Termination
- •Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice.
- •Early termination of a fixed-term contract may incur a cancellation fee equal to one month of service.
11. Confidentiality
- •All client information, access codes, and facility details are kept strictly confidential.
12. Safety & Compliance
- •FinalSweep follows OSHA standards, proper chemical handling procedures, and safety protocols.
- •Client must notify Contractor of any hazardous conditions.
These terms may be customized in writing per contract. Final pricing confirmed after walkthrough.
